Work gets stuck between systems.
Your team reads the request, copies the details, chases missing information and sends another update.

We build AI workflow automations, custom chatbots and company knowledge assistants around your people, processes and existing tools.
For established service businesses. Canada-based. Founder-led.
We help owners and operations leaders in professional, technical and field-service businesses tackle the repeated work that slows everyone down.

Find wasted tokens, repeated work and oversized models. Test changes against cost per accepted result.
See examples and deliverablesNot sure where to start? Bring us one recent example of a slow, repetitive task. We can scope process discovery, implementation and team training together, or recommend an existing tool when that is the better fit.
Start with a defined problem and a practical first commitment. Expand when the result earns it.
Follow a real task from start to finish. Capture expert decisions, hidden rules and the exceptions that slow people down.
Simplify the process. Agree on one outcome, the scope, operating costs, access boundaries and acceptance tests.
Connect the workflow to your tools. Test everyday cases, difficult inputs and the point where a person takes over.
Train your team and hand over the documentation. Review what works, refresh the knowledge and plan the next improvement.
Get a process map, a ranked opportunity shortlist and a build-or-buy recommendation. Leave with a clear pilot scope and a way to judge its value.
Build one agreed workflow, test it against real examples and equip your team to use it. Compare handling time, quality, review effort and operating cost.
Add ongoing monitoring, knowledge refresh, cost reviews and a prioritized improvement backlog. Support and new builds are scoped explicitly.
About Kenact AI
Useful AI starts with the details: the rule only your service manager knows, the spreadsheet everyone works around, the handoff that keeps going wrong.
Kenact AI is led by Muttee Sheikh, an engineering leader and hands-on AI systems builder. You work directly with the founder to connect that operational knowledge with practical software, agents and automation. Specialist support is added when the agreed scope calls for it.
Kenact AI is an operating brand of Capptify Inc., a Canadian corporation.
Meet the practice and our approachStraight answers about scope, cost and how a first engagement works.
Useful starting points include enquiry triage, document data entry, customer questions, employee knowledge search, proposal preparation and recurring reports. We look for frequent work with clear inputs, approved sources and a person who owns the result.
You need a clear problem and a sensible scope. A short discovery can identify the first workflow, assess the available data and tools, and define what success means. A company-wide transformation programme is not required to test one useful system.
Pricing depends on the workflow, integrations, data preparation, review requirements and support. After an initial fit conversation, we propose a defined scope and fee before work begins. Implementation, third-party subscriptions, model usage and ongoing support are separated so you can see the total commitment.
As a planning guide, discovery may take 1 to 2 weeks and a focused build 4 to 8 weeks after scope and access are agreed. These are indicative ranges, not delivery promises. Data cleanup, integration limitations and security review can change the schedule.
We agree on permitted data, users, providers, retention and deployment before connecting sources. Permissions, review controls and testing are part of the design. Canadian incorporation does not mean every provider stores data in Canada; residency requirements must be confirmed for the chosen architecture.
Yes. We observe the current workflow, map decisions and exceptions, and remove unnecessary steps. The recommendation can be a simpler process, ordinary automation, an existing product, or a custom AI system.
